We love our volunteers!  The sale is not possible without you!  Click HERE to sign up for a shift(s) or fill out the form below (in the comment section, put your schedule).  Ask your husband, parents and in-laws to help you get your hours!  Your children can also help (must be 15 or older).

FULL TIME VOLUNTEER (24 hours) *must include Saturday sort: 90% of sales, early shopping at 12 noon on Tuesday, early half price shopping on Friday at 12 noon, receive consignor check at the end of sort shift, can take all consignor items after sort shift.

PART TIME VOLUNTEER (12 hours) *must include Saturday sort: 85% of sales, early shopping at 1 pm on Tuesday, early half price shopping on Friday at 1 pm, receive consignor check at the end of sort shift, can take all consignor items after sort shift.

SORT ONLY VOLUNTEER: (8 hours) *sort is the second Saturday from 2 pm - 10 pm, 80% of sales, early shopping at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, early half price shopping on Friday at 1:30 pm, receive consignor check at the end of sort shift, can take all consignor items after sort shift.

8 HOUR VOLUNTEER: early shopping at 2 pm on Tuesday, 75% of sales.

4 HOUR VOLUNTEER: early shopping at 2:30 pm on Tuesday.

TABLE VOLUNTEER (4 tables minimum): used for early shopping (1 hour per table, EX: 8 tables = 8 hour volunteer shop time).  Click HERE to sign up to bring tables

MEAL VOLUNTEER: early shopping only, 1 meal counts for 4 hours (EX:  1 meal = 4 hour volunteer shop time, 2 meals = 8 hours shop time). Click HERE to bring a meal.

*This extra percentage only applies to your first $500 in sales.  After the first $500, it reverts back to 70/30.

*Saturday sort is considered 2 pm - 10 pm.  Please email sweettssale@gmail.com if you need approval to work Sunday sort instead (8 am - 4 pm) - limited spots available.

VOLUNTEER POLICY

In order for the sale to run smoothly and to keep things fair, it’s imperative for helpers to work when and where they’ve committed.  Carefully consider your schedule and ability to fulfill the job’s requirements prior to registering as a volunteer. 

If you sign up to be a volunteer and take advantage of your benefits but do not fulfill your obligations or find a replacement, we will charge a $50 fee, per shift missed, to hire a replacement and you will not be permitted to volunteer with Sweet T's Kids Consignment Sale again.   

Many of our jobs require standing or other physical work.  If you have special needs please let us know when registering.  We are unable to provide childcare during volunteer shifts. Please do not bring your children with you to your shift unless under 13 months.

Sort is considered Saturday from 2 pm - 10 pm.  Dinner is provided if you work this shift.  ALL SORT VOLUNTEERS RECEIVE THEIR CHECK AFTER SORT IS COMPLETE AT 10 PM.
